One of Cornwall's prettiest villages, Mousehole has retained its unspoilt character and old fishing village charm. There are two small, and safe beaches inside the harbour and fresh sand is imported every Spring. These are favourite places for children and adults alike. Coastal paths right on the doorstep, Land's End, St Michael's Mount, The famous Minack Theatre, Sennen Cove, St Ives, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project, many National Trust gardens and properties, and much more are all close at hand, including the coastal walks, fishing in or out of the harbour. Trips on commercial fishing boats can be organised locally. Children love the rock pools. Several good golf courses are in the area.
